Sungai Klah / Sungkai Hot Spring,

I decide to bring my family to Sungai Kelah Hot Spring Water Park near Sungkai Perak. Before entering Sungai Buluh Plus Highway, my wife call her cousin..they decide to join us. There were 8 of us. I drove my Nissan Serena to the north. Take an exit at sungkai toll plaza, take left and a half kilometer take a junction..there were a signbord to Sungai Klah Hot Spring...take another 10 kilometer drive to our destination.
Reach there about 1 pm. having a homemade meals ...nasi dagang and nasi berlauk..mee hoon goreng some more. Finish the meal..walked passing the thame park entrance and ennnnjoy...
Just arrive.. I'm very enjoy la Mama...

Kidney Stone Dissolve - The Research

It's been a year since i had severe pain in my upper abdomen spread to my back. A few days ago the pain appear to attack me again. The pain will last 2 or 3 hours. Sometime the pain will wake me up 3 o'clock in the morning-the pain that i cannot take it anymore...what the pain!!.
I do some research over the internet and I found that either Gallbladder (Gallstone) or Kidney Stone disease. During the research i found a few website that relates to the disease. Some serious thing and some funny things. I love to share with other...3...2...1...
